San Diego PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a special program for seniors that provides access to an array of healthcare services and social programs, with an integrated and caring team. Services are offered in facilities throughout San Diego.
Teen Services
San Ysidro Health Teen Clinic, located in Chula Vista, offers teens and young adults access to free and confidential in-person or telehealth services, including reproductive health care.
HIV Services
San Ysidro Health is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of people living with HIV and their families. We offer a comprehensive array of quality HIV services in a caring, supportive environment where patients can feel at home.
LGBTQ Services
At San Ysidro Health, our LGBTQ services provide specialty care while creating a safe, space for LGBTQ patients and families access resources and answer questions on sexual health and relationships.
